I booked online a month out and received a confirmation phone call within 15 minutes of completing my booking. The morning of the photos, our photographer called and introduced herself and we confirmed our location and meeting time. The photographer was excellent during the shoot, suggesting backdrops and poses and also had a fantastic, positive attitude.
