Grant of Rights: The bearer of this release—the Customer—is hereby granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce, print, and distribute the digital image files delivered via Google Drive for personal, non-commercial use.
Specific Authorization for Printers:
The Customer is authorized to utilize any photo laboratory or printing service of their choice to create physical prints, canvases, albums, or other photo-merchandise for personal use.
The Customer is authorized to make unlimited copies of these images in any size or format.
The Customer is authorized to crop or resize images as necessary for printing and framing purposes.
Commercial Limitations:
All commercial copyrights, including the right to sell, license, or use these images for advertisement or profit, are strictly reserved by MyrtleBeach911.com. The Customer may not sell these images or enter them into contests for prize money without written consent from the owner.
Artist Integrity:
We request that no heavy filters, stylistic modifications, or significant edits be applied to the professional work provided, preserving the original artistic intent of the photographer.
Execution of Agreement:
By virtue of the Customer’s hiring and full payment for services rendered, this release is considered fully executed and valid. No further signature is required for the validation of these printing rights.
